Shipments

Delivery via CTT post office from Portugal.

If the order is not picked up within the deadline, or in cases where the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to us. We may resend the order, to the same or another address, upon payment of a new shipping cost.

Exchanges and Returns

The exchange or return request must be made by email., within a maximum period of 14 days, with the subject “Return/Exchange” and following the information provided. The costs associated with the exchange or return are borne by the customer.It is only possible to exchange or return the item if it shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging.​

Physical store

The stock available online does not reflect the stock in the physical store. Returns are not permitted on all products purchased in a physical store. Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in the physical store. Products purchased online cannot be collected in a physical store. Materials

The pieces are produced in bronze with a 24K gold bath, except for exceptions duly identified in the individual product description. The precious stone used in most of the pieces is the emerald, which can be in its raw state or be worked on. Prices

The PVP (Sale Price to the Public) practiced in the online store includes tax at the rate in force in Portugal (23% VAT).

The Brand reserves the right to change the price of parts.

Guarantee

According to Portuguese legislation, all items have a 2-year warranty. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use of the jewelry or the disappearance of the gold plating.
